Debian no me reconoce la tarjeta de red inalambrica ?

He instaldo debian squeeze y no me reconoce la tarjeta de red inalámbrica, solo el ethernet, durante la instalación, marco un error de que faltan algunos firmwares privativos para que funcione la red inalámbrica, que son estos dos paquetes b43/ucode15.fw y b43-open/ucode15.fw descargue este paquete firmware-b43-installer_4.150.10.5-4_all.deb pero no ha funcionado,di un lspci y obtengo esto 0b:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY (rev 01) no se que pueda hacer, para que funcione la tarjeta, se que tengo que descargar los controladores pero no los encuentro. Agradecería mucho su ayuda.
